Call for Papers: Share Your Research


ICATEEE 2025 welcomes submissions of original research papers on all aspects of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Authors are invited to submit full papers that describe original research work. Short papers and posters describing work in progress are also encouraged.


All submissions will undergo peer review by the program committee. The review will focus on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of expression. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and may be considered for publication in special issues of reputable journals.

Paper Submission Guidelines


  • All submitted papers to ICATEEE 2025 should be prepared in English according to the IEEE format using the IEEE Conference Paper Template.

  • Manuscripts are limited to six (6) pages and must not have been published before. They should not be under review or accepted for any other conference or publication.

  • Submission of abstracts or poster templates is not accepted.

  • All manuscripts will be reviewed blindly by three members of the Technical Program Committee. They will be judged based on clarity, relevance, originality, and contribution.

  • The ICATEEE 2025 organizers regard plagiarism as serious professional misconduct (not more than 20%). All submissions will be screened for plagiarism. Identified submissions by the same author will be rejected.

  • A submission implies that the author intends to register the paper upon a favorable response from the conference organizers. ICATEEE 2025 does not encourage withdrawals after the paper is accepted.

  • To have an accepted paper published in the ICATEEE 2025 Conference Proceedings, authors must register for the conference as per the registration requirements announced on the conference website.

  • All accepted papers MUST be presented at the conference by one of the authors. If none of the authors can attend, a qualified substitute authorized presenter must be arranged in advance by the chair of the conference. This arrangement should be confirmed during the event with the chair of the session.
