2025 International Conference on Power System and Renewable Energy

With the continuous development of the economy and the gradual improvement of people's living standards, the demand for energy has increased. How to improve the economy and environmental protection of energy utilization and ensure the security of energy supply is a common concern in the international community.

Located in the southernmost part of China, Hainan province is rich in renewable energy resources such as water, heat, wind and light, and has been operating as a free trade port since January 2025, visa-free for citizens of several countries. In order to promote scientific research, technological development and industry-university-research integration in the field of power and energy in Hainan Province, it is planned to hold the 2025 International Conference on Power System and Renewable Energy in Sanya from November 26 to 28, 2025, which is organized by Sanya Global Energy Research Institute, technical sponsored by IEEE PES, Hainan Insititute of Zhejiang University, Zhengzhou University of Light Industry,S, supported by IEEE PELS Chengdu Chapter, Journal of Global Energy Interconnection, Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering (APISE), Energy Conversion and Economics, media supported by Smart Power & Energy Security, Power System Protection and Control, Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems, Cyber-Physical Energy Systems, Electric Power Automation Equipment, Distributed Energy, MDPI-energies, Smart Power Research Group, SPRG, bjx.com.cn. The conference will invite famous scholars, industry experts, R&D personnel from research institutions, university teachers and students in the field of power and energy at home and abroad to participate in the conference, and carry out academic and technical exchanges on the "development of new power systems and green energy" to promote cooperation.

1) All the accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore (ISBN: 979-8-3315-5704-1) subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. The publisher will submit articles to Engineering Village, Scopus, Web of Science and other databases for review and indexing after publication.

2) Selected papers (accepted and presented) with great extension will be recommended to publish in the internation journal(after conference): Energies (ISSN: 1996-1073).

The conference committee will select out 1 paper for Best Paper Award. The winner will be awarded 200 CHF. The Award is sponsored by Energies.
