We are pleased to inform you that the “2026 IEEE International Conference on Power, Electronics and Green Energy (ICPEGE 2026)”, sponsored by Jiangsu Ocean University and IEEE Harbin Section, will be held in Shenyang, China between 28 and 30 January, 2026.
ICPEGE is an annual conference which explores the development and implications in the related fields of power, electronics and green energy with an objective to present the novel and fundamental advancements. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving power, electronics and green energy. Featured with invited speeches and paper presentations, ICPEGE 2026 sincerely welcome interested researchers and professors to understand the frontier research trends and share latest research results, summarize current work and inspire scientific research ideas, broaden horizons and cultivate scientific research interest.
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research manuscripts in all areas of power, electronics and green energy such as high-frequency converters and power supplies, analog/digital circuits & systems, lightwave and quantum electronics, sustainable electrical energy systems, hydrogen energy technologies, energy efficiency/conservation.
After a rigorous reviewing process, accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be included in conference proceedings which will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Note that plagiarized articles will be rejected (Must be 25% below including references).
Copying of contents from other articles is strictly prohibited.
Only articles with 75% original content should be submitted with the expectation of being accepted for our conference.
All articles submitted to ICPEGE 2026 first undergo a plagiarism check before being sent for review.
Articles failing plagiarism check will be subjected to rejection.
